Today Communication, Coordination and Collaboration are the hallmarks of MicroHelp-delivered solutions. With the ever-increasing levels of information overload and knowledge famine that exist within organisations, there is an imperative for a new generation of business collaboration solutions that incorporate additional layers of business context, maximising their relevance and specificity to the individuals and the organisation.
As an industry pioneer during the 1980’s MicroHelp was among the first companies in Australia providing value-added services to the desktop IT platform, through the delivery of network-enabled email, file and print sharing capabilities.
A maturing organisation during the 1990’s we ‘raised the bar’ on the IT platform through the delivery of work-collaboration and workflow capabilities and solutions. We assisted our customers in utilising IT to coordinate and facilitate the often complex and unstructured white-collar work processes to achieve team-based outcomes.
In the 2000’s, as veterans of the IT industry and in our third decade of IT professional services, MicroHelp continues to increase organisational effectiveness for its customers by leveraging the knowledge and successes of our previous eras and delivering a new generation of collaboration solutions that integrate people, processes and systems.
